Winsor & Newton Brush Cleaner & Restorer is an advanced, non-toxic brush cleaner that can remove dried paint from bristles without odors or flammable vapors. This cleaner also works as a conditioner for both natural and synthetic bristles.
It's a fantastic alternative to dangerous, smelly solvents, and in our experience it works very well (it's stronger than brush soap, but weaker than traditional solvent.) Educational users will especially appreciate the AP non-toxic certification on this versatile product.
