Acrylic Matte Medium, 200 mL

Holbein Acrylic Matte Medium is designed for thinning artist acrylics without impacting the paint's adhesion or working properties. Thinning with water can cause the paint to "break" and become inconsistent, but thinning with this colorless medium avoids those problems while providing the brushable color needed for thin or flat applications.

This medium, Holbein AM 572 Matte Medium, includes a matting agent to reduce gloss when mixed with acrylic colors. It appears white but dries transparent and helps your painting look the same from all viewing angles, regardless of lighting conditions.
