Porcelain Brush Rest, Droplet

This elegant porcelain brush rest is made in the Mino region, the historical heart of Japanese pottery and the source of 50% of all ceramics made in Japan today. Shaped like a softly indented droplet, it's a natural place to rest your wet brush while you work on a painting. The concave area collects stray drops of paint, so your desk stays clean.

The top is glass-smooth for easy cleaning, and the bottom is unglazed so it won't slide around on the table.
