Everything You Need to Start Painting with Acrylics

Want to paint, but don't have space for a dedicated studio? Our Desktop Studio bundle might just be the perfect solution. We've assembled everything you need to make beautiful acrylic paintings in just a few square feet of desk space. This bundle includes a tabletop easel, paints, brushes, disposable palette paper, and a high-quality, small canvas for your first desktop painting.

What's In The Bundle?

The Desktop Studio Acrylic Painting Bundle is anchored by a handy, collapsible work surface: the Napa Table Easel. Made from solid wood, the Napa Table Easel folds out and stays open at your choice of three different angles. It's ideal for working on small canvases, like the one that's included in this set. When you're done, it folds flat, so you can easily store it in a drawer.

The paints in this bundle are Dutch-made Amsterdam Standard Acrylics, our favorite acrylic paint for students and beginners. You get a generous 120 mL of each color, and we've selected five primary pigments that mix together beautifully: Titanium White, Oxide Black, Azo Yellow Lemon, Primary Magenta, and Primary Cyan. This modern mixing system allows you to make virtually any color, allowing you to paint any style and subject you like.

Three brushes are included, all from the popular Princeton Snap 9850 Series. These short-handled, firm white bristle brushes are designed for acrylic painting and perfectly sized for small surfaces. We've selected a #16 Flat Shader for filling larger areas, a #2 Round for details, and a #6 Round for everything in between.

For your first painting surface, we have a Masterpiece Classic Cotton 8" x 10" studio-depth canvas. Acrylic-primed, stretched tight, and back-stapled, this is a high-quality painting surface that won't let you down. (This isn't one of those floppy, poorly-stretched canvases you've seen at craft stores.)

Finally, we've included the easiest way to mix acrylic paint: a disposable palette paper pad from Canson. The sheets are coated for a smooth mixing surface that won't absorb paint. When you're done with your session, let the palette paper dry, then throw it out. No washing palettes or scraping paint off surfaces!
