About This Product
Cornwall Heavyweight Watercolor Paper is a unique painting surface from Hahnemühle, the historic German art paper mill. Weighing in at 450 gsm (210#), Cornwall is substantially thicker than most other watercolor paper, but it's not as pricy as other premium papers. The bright white, matte surface has excellent color flow and a subtle cold-press texture.
Thanks to the heavy weight, the paper's sizing, and its format in a glue-bound block, Cornwall will not warp or deform when wet. Use as much paint as you'd like, then wait for the sheet to dry before cutting it off the block. You'll have a flat, frame-ready sheet.
