Rembrandt Sketching Pencil Set

This compact set of sketching pencils comes in a metal tin and features everything you need for classical figure drawing and nature sketching. In many drawing classes, this is the standard color palette: black, sanguine, sepia, and white. These colors are able to quickly convey a wide range of values from brightest light to deepest shadow, and they complement one another beautifully.

Lyra Rembrandt Sketching Pencil Set includes six pencils: a white pastel pencil, a sanguine oil pencil, a light sepia pastel pencil, two carbon pencils in different grades, and a charcoal pencil. The pastel, carbon, and charcoal pencils are blendable, while the sanguine oil pencil is not. (That difference can be very useful for creating sharp lines and gradients in the same drawing.)
