We're big fans of Stonehenge Aqua, a professional-grade 100% cotton watercolor paper that comes at a fraction of the cost of imported brands. Made here in the United States, Stonehenge Aqua has all the working properties you'd expect from serious watercolor paper: wet strength, good performance even when scrubbed with a brush, easy lifting of color, and dimensional stability. It's packaged in blocks bound on two sides to prevent warping while you paint. And it's available in textured cold press and smooth hot press finishes. 15 sheets per block, 300 gsm (140#) weight.
