Tintoretto Special Effect Brushes, Set of 4

These unusually-shaped brushes from Tintoretto are perfect for creating quick textures in representational art, making sharp marks in abstract art, and adding flourishes to calligraphy projects. Made from springy, easy-to-clean synthetic sable fibers, Tintoretto Series 140 Special Effect Brushes are suitable for use with any watercolor paint, fluid acrylic, ink, or gouache. The fibers have excellent absorbency, allowing the artist to draw elongated lines and shapes.

All four shapes are carefully executed by Tintoretto's skilled brushmakers in Tuscany. Included in this set are four different shapes, all in size 10: a #143 Notched Filbert, a #145 Notched Flat, a #147 "Whale's Tail" (don't worry, these brushes are 100% vegan), and a #149 Notched Sword.
