This is pure graphite powder from Cretacolor, the historic Austrian maker of fine drawing supplies. Deep, glossy grey, with the unique granulating patterns characteristic of graphite, Cretacolor Graphite Powder is an essential art material with countless uses.
Apply Graphite Powder dry, with a brush or cloth, as a drawing medium or a supplement to your more precise pencils and charcoals. Or, mix it with a liquid medium like gum arabic, colorless ink medium, or acrylic polymer, and use this graphite pigment to make your own artist colors.
