This is the Isabey Vintage Series 6236𝑖, featuring Petit Gris Pur tips, made with natural grey squirrel hair. The natural wavy texture of squirrel has always made it a premier choice for watercolorists, because it offers unsurpassed water capacity and softness.

6236𝑖 Flats make wonderful wash brushes, with marks that are highly saturated and have soft, rectangular edges. They soak up an incredible amount of water and are capable of covering large backgrounds without reloading.
