About This Product
Originally designed for industrial masking, Nichiban #251 Artist Tape is a class above other artist tapes we've tried. It's designed to hold firm and peel off without damaging delicate surfaces, like watercolor paper. Paint doesn't seep under the edge, so you get a razor-sharp line when the tape is removed. It's also very flat and thin, so you won't see pooling at the edge when painting over Nichiban tape.
Each roll measures 18m (59') long. We stock two widths: 18mm (0.7") standard width and 9mm (0.35") narrow width. Made in Japan.
