We'll cover the cost of shipping your order to any U.S. address (including Alaska and Hawaii) when you spend $59 or more. Only oversized items are excluded.
We know you want your stuff right away! That's why in-stock items ship next business day. We've invested in a state-of-the-art inventory system that allows us to find all your stuff, make sure it's right, and get it packed up faster than ever.
Quick Transit Times
On average, orders arrive in less than 2.5 business days after the carrier picks them up from our St. Louis warehouse. For customers near us in the Midwest, it'll be a bit quicker, and for customers in the west and northeast, it'll take a bit longer. You can see an estimate of the delivery date at checkout. We'll do our best to get it to you surprisingly fast.
But: We Can't Guarantee Delivery Dates!
We strive to get orders to you as quickly as possible, but once they leave our loading dock, we are not able to control all the people, equipment, and forces of nature that will affect your shipment. We offer an estimate at checkout of when your order will arrive, but we do not guarantee these estimates. Shipping charges are non-refundable, regardless of any delays or delivery issues.
Cancellations and Changes
We ship as quickly as possible, so cancellations and changes are not guaranteed, even if you contact us before receiving a shipping notification. Please confirm all your order details before submitting payment.
We use sturdy, recyclable paper boxes and mailers, and we take great care with each package. Unlike big online stores, we specialize in art materials, and we know how to ship them without damage. We use heavier boxes than other shops, and our crew fills them with sturdy packing paper. We're proud to say that fewer than one in 1,000 of our shipments are damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that an item is missing when we pack your order, we will ship the in-stock portion immediately. If the out-of-stock portion is under $10 or if it takes longer than a month for the item to arrive, we may issue a refund automatically. You can also request a refund for unshipped backorders at any time, or simply get an update on their status. Just email us at email@example.com with your order number.
