Horadam Watercolors, 15 mL Tubes, Set of 10
Schmincke Horadam watercolors are among the world's finest professional-grade colors. First patented in 1892 by Schmincke co-founder Josef Horadam and continuously improved over more than a century of effort, Horadam watercolors are vibrant, smooth, and easy to apply to any kind of watercolor paper. Only the best artist pigments are used for the 140 colors that make up today's Horadam lineup. They're milled until the paint becomes creamy and utterly consistent, then packaged in 15 mL metal tubes.
This set of 10 tubes is a complete set of mixing colors for any style of painting. Six of the ten colors are balanced pairs of primary colors: a cool and warm pair of reds, yellows, and blues. This dual-primary setup is our favorite for reaching every point on the color wheel with ease. The primaries Schmincke has chosen for this set include some of the highlights of the Horadam lineup, like elegant Ultramarine Finest and intense cadmium red and yellow. Phthalo Green is the only secondary color in the set, included as a convenient way to mix bright greens. Three lovely earth tones round out the set, including a very special Yellow Ochre that's one of our most-used colors in the studio.
This metal set of 10 includes a Schmincke travel box with an enameled palette inside the lid. Two metal rails keep the tubes in place, and there's space at the bottom of the box for a short-handled or travel brush.

How quickly will my order ship?
Our St. Louis warehouse team is pretty speedy! We generally ship orders within one business day of receiving them. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order's packed and out the door.
How long will it take to arrive?
We offer shipping estimates for each order at checkout. Please note that these are only our system's best guess — there are many factors that may affect shipping time.
Generally speaking, our parcels take about 2-3 business days to travel to most U.S. addresses once they are shipped.

Yes — we accept returns of unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt.
