Uni Star Pencil Box, Empty

This surprisingly nice plastic case is the default packaging for boxes of 12 Mitsubishi Uni Star pencils. Many people prefer to buy their pencils in singles, mixing and matching grades and brands, so we open the boxes and offer individual pencils. This process leaves us with empty pencil cases, still in brand-new condition and too nice to toss out. So we're offering them to you at a low price—just try to find a pencil box this nice for so cheap!

The Uni Star is the most affordable of the three Uni pencil models, so its box is also the most basic. Unlike the Uni and Hi-Uni boxes, it closes simply with a loose-fitting lid and does not have a latch of any kind to keep pencils inside. We'd recommend wrapping this with a rubber band if you're tossing it in your backpack.

Designed for pencils without erasers, so your longest unsharpened pencils may not fit inside. Once you've used the first inch or so, pencils with erasers will fit just fine.
