This pair of ultra-soft, ultra-absorbent watercolor brushes is an excellent addition to any painting studio. Perfect for large, free-flowing brushstrokes, these two brushes feature premium fibers, expert construction... and lots and lots of synthetic fiber to soak up enormous amounts of color.
The turquoise-handled brush is a Tintoretto Aquasoft Synthetic Quill in size #8. This brush has a sharp tip and extra-wide belly, so it can lay down sinuous lines or generous swells of watercolor.
The blue-handled brush is a Tintoretto Kazan Synthetic Squirrel Mottler in size #20. The synthetic fibers in this brush are wavy, with mixed diameters, just like real squirrel hair. They're just as soft, too, allowing you to mop up and lay down paint in thick, hard-edged marks. Ideal for covering large sections of a page with thinned color.
